These Webpages are no longer maintained. We are keeping the pages here to preserve some of the early years of ProjectDragonfly, to honor the students who created the interactives in the early days of the Web, and because many of the activities are fun and people are still using them. Earth Sounds/Our Songs

There are sounds all around. We're surrounded by sound! On these web pages you can:

Find yourself shipwrecked on a deserted island! You must learn and communicate to survive.

Help the composer and conductor Lauren Gazelle with his natural symphony.

Listen to and learn about drums of the world, and learn to build your own water drum.

These pages contain sound files so that you can hear the earth's sounds. They are in three formats: .au, .aiff, and .wav.
