A wide range of services are available to support faculty and student research at Miami.
These services include:
- High Performance Computing. Members of the Research Computing Support group can help researchers use Miami's own Redhawk cluster or resources from the Ohio Supercomputer Center.
- Research Computing & Collaboration. Members of the Research Computing Support group have a wide range of experience and are available to provide training or consulting on specific research computing questions. These staff members can also participate in long term research collaborations as appropriate.
- Research Software Support and Development. Miami has licensed several statistical and technical computing software packages that can be used by researchers. Members of the Research Computing Support group provide support for many of these packages and can also develop custom software to support specific research needs.
- Survey Tools. Miami has licensed two survey applications that can be used by faculty, staff, and students to conduct on-line or paper based surveys.
