Relocation Students

Relocation Process

If you are considering relocating to the Oxford campus, please speak with an academic adviser at your current campus about the relocation process. Listed below are the steps you will need to take to successfully relocate to Oxford.

Mid-Semester you need to pick up a relocation packet at your regional campus advising office.

•  Included in this packet will be a Regional Application to Register for Classes on the Oxford Campus form that must be completed and turned into the Registrar's Office at your regional campus. You will need to sign the Permission to Relocate area only. Do not sign the Permission to Register which will only allow for one or two classes in Oxford, not a full schedule.

Attend the Oxford Relocation Program, offered once a semester on each regional campus or meet your Oxford advisor in Oxford before scheduling.

    • This program offers you the opportunity to meet with an Oxford advisor in your field of study at the regional campus. You will need to sign up in advance to schedule a meeting with an Oxford campus academic advisor. You will not be able to register for Oxford classes until you have met with an Oxford campus academic adviser either at the Regional campus or in Oxford.
