Ordering Official Transcripts

We are pleased to offer online transcript ordering through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), a non-profit organization serving the higher education community. Among the benefits you will realize from online transcript ordering are:

  • Faster service due to reduced processing time
  • Secure transactions
  • Automatic order updates via email
  • Online order tracking
  • Ability to order multiple transcripts for multiple recipients in one order

The on-line ordering system is used for both immediate and regular processing transcript requests. Immediate transcripts can only be issued directly to you and must be ordered in person at the Office of the Registrar, 118 CAB.Regular processing transcripts are mailed via US mail within two business days of the University’s receipt and processing of your order. We do not offer electronic transcripts or faxed transcripts. Transcripts are not processed on days when the University is closed.

Immediate transcripts are $12 per copy; regular processing transcripts are $8.00 per copy. Prior to completing your order you will have the opportunity to view the total charges for your order. Once you have submitted your consent form and your order is in process it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Log into myMiami; select the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) link under ‘N’ in Quick Links. At the NSC Student Clearinghouse Self-Service site select ‘Order or track a transcript’.

Former Students/Alumni

Access online transcript ordering at, the National Student Clearinghouse’s public transcript ordering site. Select Miami University from the dropdown menu to initiate your request.
