Package Pickup

 

Email Notification

All incoming student packages are received from carriers, scanned and recorded into our system using a tracking software tool. Once a package has been processed and is ready for pickup, an email message will be sent to you, along with a unique identification number and instructions for pickup. Email messages are sent immediately once your package has been scanned into the Package Center tracking system.

Please note that the email will be sent to your primary email account. To verify the account that will be used for notification, login and review your entry in Miami’s Electronic Directory at http://www.miamioh.edu/directory.

Picking Up Your Package

Please have your student ID with you when you come to pickup your package at Wells Hall.   You will be equired to swipe your student ID at a self service kiosk to request pickup of your package.  Once you swipe your ID, select the option to pickup your package, a pickup ticket is generated and your package will be available at the pickup window in Wells Hall.  Students will not be allowed to pick up packages without proper ID. In no circumstance may a student pick up a package for anyone other than the addressee. If special circumstances exist, such as medical reasons or withdrawal from the University, you may contact the Manager, in advance, to request permission for alternative arrangements for delivery of packages.
