REVIEW AND SIGN YOUR I-20 OR DS-2019 FROM MIAMI UNIVERSITY

If you have not received your SEVIS form I-20 or DS-2019 from Miami University, you should be receiving it shortly. You will need it to apply for your visa and to enter the United States. Please review all information in sections 1-9 and notify OIE (international@MiamiOH.edu) if there are any errors. If everything is correct, sign and date the bottom of the form.

PAY THE SEVIS FEE

All initial F-1 and J-1 students MUST pay the SEVIS fee prior to their visa interview ($200 for F-1 students; $180 for J-1 students). This is in addition to the visa application fee.  For more information on how to pay the SEVIS fee online or by mail, please visit:
http://www.ice.gov/SEVIS/i901/index.htm.  The SEVIS fee can be paid online at https://www.fmjfee.com/i901fee/. Be sure to PRINT OUT THE SEVIS FEE RECEIPT to bring to your visa interview. F-2 and J-2 dependents are not required to pay the SEVIS fee.
