Federal regulations require Miami University to verify your identity and employment eligibility by completing an I-9. You will need to bring the proper identification with you to complete the I-9. The most commonly used ID’s are:
- Unexpired Passport OR
- Driver’s License OR Student ID combined with original Social Security Card OR original/certified Birth Certificate
Please keep in mind that copied or faxed documents are not accepted.
Employment forms must be completed in one of the following locations:
Oxford Campus-Roudebush Hall, Room 15
Hamilton Campus-Cashier's Office
Middletown Campus-Cashier's Office - 114 J Johnston Hall
