As of today July 1, 2014 Miami University student employment office will no longer handle employment or income verifications for student employees or GA's. All requests from third party verifiers will be directed to JobTrax, Inc.,www.verifyjobhistory.com, to access automated student employment and /or income information.
Students and GA's will be required to log into JobTrax, www.verifyjobhistory.com, register and sign a FERPA release before any automated information can be accessed by third party verfiers. Students and GA's must also provide, to the third party verifier, the Miami University Company Code: 2513 as well as their First Name, MI, Last Name, DOB or Miami University Employee ID.
