Mothers' Rooms Available for Nursing Mothers (PDF 4.54KB)
A new requirement has been established under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) to allow reasonable break time for nursing mothers. The University is committed to providing reasonable unpaid break time and a room, other than a lavatory, where nursing mothers can express breast milk.
