Miami University and the Staff of the Performing Arts Series are committed to meeting the needs of all Patrons.
Wheelchair seating is available for patrons whose needs require such; however they may not be ordered online. Please contact the Box Office at 513-529-3200 and advise the sales associate of your needs. In most cases, companion seating is also available.
Disability parking at Hall Auditorium is available in the lot on the south side of the building. A state-issued permit is required for handicapped parking. You may enter the building through the service doors at the rear of the building. A Performing Arts Series usher will take your ticket and direct you to the elevator to the lobby.
Disability parking at Millett Hall is available in the lot on the north west entrance the building. This is the recommended entrance for patrons in wheelchairs, as it is closest to the elevator and wheelchair seating is not accessible from the main concourse. Performing Arts Series usher will take your ticket and give directions to your seats. Please display your disability permit.
Accessible seating may not be ordered online.
Assistive listening devices and sign language interpretation may be requested through the Miami University Office of Disability Resources at 513-529-1541, with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Please note that once a performance has begun, late seating opportunities are limited and may occur only during specific times.
Patrons who arrive late will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Latecomers may be asked to wait in the lobby until a predetermined time in the program, when they will be seated by ushers, and could possibly not be seated in their assigned seats until intermission.
Use of cell phones, pagers and alarms of any kind is prohibited during performances. Please remember to turn these items off before the performance begins.
Photography, videography and recording devices of any kind are prohibited during performances.
We offer discounted tickets for Miami students and youth as well as senior citizens. Please refer to each event’s pricing.
Children old enough to enjoy performances are welcome.
Children must be seated where a parent or guardian can supervise them.
Fire code requires that everyone attending the performance, regardless of age, must have a seat; therefore we can not allow ‘babes in arms’. You must purchase a ticket for each member of your family.
