- Have an overall GPA of at least 3.0 and a FSW GPA of 3.25
- Plan to graduate next December, May, or the following August.
- Fill out an application that includes essay questions
Applications for the Stegmaier Scholarship are available in the FSW office, 101A McGuffey Hall or download an application here. Deadline is April 15. You will need a copy of your DARS. This scholarship is competitive. Applications will be evaluated on the basis of a balance of academic achievement and essay responses.
Most Miami scholarships are administered by the Office of Student Financial Assistance, 121 Campus Avenue Building, 529-8757, and require documented financial need.
Prospective students should also be aware of Miami’s Access Initiative, which is designed to help make a Miami degree accessible to all academically qualified students. Any Ohio resident entering Miami’s Oxford campus as first-time, full-time freshman in the fall will be considered for the scholarship program. Students must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by February 15, be eligible for federal aid, and have a total family income equal to or less than $35,000.
